..two versions, sweep and revolve using 2014. (sweep maybe not exactly like you had.. and the revolve is what make sense, imo)

Do you really need the ribs modeled on the rebar? I model rebar often, and show it in drawings, and never do. Mine are just cylindrical shapes without the ribs. They'll add a lot of surfaces, and a lot of edges and general complexity to drawing views.
Glenn is right on this (as he usually is). I glanced through ASTM A615 and they give guidance on deformation spacing and shape, but they don't completely nail it down. In other words, there is some freedom allowed in how the rebar is formed. In cases like this it may actually be bad to detail the deformations because you are telling the fabricator how to make something that in the end doesn't matter that much. Rebar deformations are meant to help adhere the concrete to the rebar. So, as long as those deformations meet the A615 spec, who cares how the fabricator makes the rebar?
Now if you are making some artwork or something of that sort, I can see needing the aesthetics. But, otherwise I'd leave all those details out.

It would truly be a grave disservice to you if we modeled the rebar for you. What will you learn from that?
I would ask you to try and model the rebars on your own. If you get stuck on some particular feature, just post your .SLDPRT file here in the forum and I'm am sure many users will help you overcome and successfully complete the feature in question.

Now i can open and this is exactly what i need. But i can't see wich tool you used to make that. Was it "sweep"? I have difficult to chose what directional vector to uses it.

Did you make another sketch plane rotated in relation to the original? How many sketches have i to use? Tow skethes to do that?

I understood perfectly what you did. But the section of my rib is not circular, but an arch. Also I did not understand how you did the 3d sketch.
On a 3D sketch I have a complete control of I want to make. The rib is a arc not a circle....on the 3D did you receive. Did you see a circle? Or a Arc? I will understand if you need a ellipse but remember you must only understand the reason why. Nor if it's a circle a ellipse or a square.....you can add any profile as you want to your sweep. Try to understand too with the arc path must exceed the quadrant because your rib will not seems as you want.
