Attach your part. Is it plastic injection mold?
Did you try using mold tools in SolidWorks
It is a mold for rubber and it will work by the compression process so I only need to generate heart and cavity

How much experienced do you have with *.eprt files?
How much experience do you have with *.sldprt files?

Without posting the .sldprt file, it's very hard to identify the actual problem

Check these 2 side walls
There are overlapping surfaces between the core/cavity surface and shut-off surface
Check the shut-off on all these 4 holes, they are undercut now. It should be at the outer edge
