When you have a bug your first line of action is to report it to your VAR. They will try to replicate it on their computers and maybe also by watching on yours. If they can verify it is a bug they will report it to SWX and you should get an SR/SPR number so that when it is fixed you will be notified. If it is not a bug then the VAR will be able to explain things to you or show you another way.

It's good to post them here to let others know you found something like that, even if it seems like a little thing. However, you do yourself and everyone a big favor by reporting it through your VAR. That is the only way to make sure SWX knows about it. Never assume they or anybody else knows about it and is working to resolve it.
