The PDM server was already upgrading to 2018 and I got this message as it's still shown in 2017
Do I need to refresh somewhere? Tried to restart the computer and saw the same message
You probably need to upgrade the Vault as well, in the client install files there's a folder named Upgrade that has an upgrade.exe that will connect through SQL and upgrade the vault, it needs to be run from a client running 2018.
