I keep getting this error message when I create a design table or use sheet metal gauge tables.

Excel is installed, and is completely usable outside of SolidWorks, and I make sure it is closed before creating tables in SolidWorks. I've rebooted the computer and the error still shows up. I am using SW2018 and Excel 2010.

Any advice would be appreciated
