My company is implementing PDM for the first time. We have installed all of the software and have been able to login to Administration software as well as our "default" vault. We've added new users but cannot seem to populate the Workgroup PDM login. Where do you add users to Workgroup PDM? Should this user list be pulled from the same location as users in PDM Administration? We can login to user_r & user_w with the standard logon but the pdmwadmin seems to be different than our vault admin account. Also we can only see the sample vault logged in as those users. Any insight would be appreciated.
The blue login screen is for PDM Standard, not PDMWorks Workgroup. I would suggest you do not install PDMWorks Workgroup as it's a retired software - no longer available after 2017 and you'll have to migrate data.
For PDMWorks Workgroup, the default admin username/password is pdmwadmin/pdmwadmin
