At the end I used texture that's from solidworks. It's a bit weird because you have to make view 45° to the corner in order to see texture perfectly otherwise it shifts the texture. A bit weird. Once I end my vacation I'll try to show.
"Looks Awesome. Unfortunately it's too perfect " I understand. Yes, it is time intensive and a method that is not very Productive. But the results are hard to beat. And I'm retired now and only render for fun these days.
I think your best bet is to model the weld beads in Solidworks or whatever your source modeler is. That's what I did here.
