Is there a fast operation or macros to batch change logo in my hundreds of drawings?

I have hundreds of drawings need to change old company logo to a more modern new company logo, the logo is in the right-top corner of title block, like this(for sample):

here is my operation:

1. Open the drawings and edit the "drawing format".
2. cope the size and position parameter of old company logo and delete "old company logo";
3. Insert "new company logo", edit "new company logo", enter the size and position parameter of "old company logo", click "confirm";
4. Save the drawings and complete the logo replacement operation.

If there is a macro or a fast method, it will help me more, thank you.
