Creating a txt or csv file from a SW spline?

We all know about the capability to create a SW spline from a tab-delimited excel file (insert>curve>curve thru XYZ points) ; is it possible to do the reverse? That is, I have the need to generate a table of values from a natively created SolidWorks spline. In my case, it is only 2D, none-the-less, I would like to save this spline as a table of XYZ values (Z being always 0) to a file.

Has anyone been able to accomplish this with SolidWorks or perhaps another CAD or graphic program?

Thanks in advance
