On my datacard, there's a field displaying the "Current State" of the file. I'd like to create a search using that criteria but I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Any suggestions? Thank you!
PDM-Standard: When in the search window use the Workflow tab. Here you can select the state you want to search for.
It is probably the same in PDM-Enterprise, but I can not verify this.
Thank you for the reply. I know about that tab on the default search card. And that works. However, we have different workflows that have a "certification" state. I'm trying to create a single search so that department doesn't have to select (and possibly overlook) each separate saved search. My goal is to provide a "single-click" solution for my users, although not always possible! ;-) But thank you for the reply.
