Multiple toolboxes on laptop (SW2007 & SW2009)

Does anyone have multiple toolboxes installed on their laptop? I have posted this question on the Toolbox forum: Shared Toolbox - from 2007 to 2009

I still have clients that require SW2007, so I need to be able to use the Toolbox for both SW2007 & SW2009.

"I can no longer access the SW2007 toolbox (see attached JPEG) after installing SW2009. Both Toolboxes are stored in different locations:

SolidWorks 2007 toolbox location: C:\Program Files\SolidWorks\Toolbox

SolidWorks 2009 toolbox location: C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\Toolbox"

VAR response:

"Those locations are actually not your Toolbox locations. It seems as though your 2007 toolbox was updated when installing the 2009 (SP 2.1) version. I am assuming that you are using a local toolbox...which means that it should be C:\SolidWorks Data. If you do a repair on your 2007 installation, hopefully it will create a new 2007 toolbox."

Is my VAR correct? So all I need to do is go to control panel -> add/remove programs -> SW 2007 and select repair? Will it cause problems with the SW 2009 install?
