Anyone else getting this?

When we try to save an e-drawing or a SolidWorks file as
a self EXE file we get an error - QT5xml.dll not found.

This happens when we run it from the standard
menu/shortcut location of
C:\Program Files\Common Files\eDrawings2016

But it works if we run it from
C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\eDrawings

I have tried copying the dll file to the various
locations and registering it from both the 32 and 64 bit locations, and no
difference.

I get an error when trying to register the file
(regsvr32).

I have found this SPR# 906999, with no resolution yet.
