We print tangent edges as grey lines. I'd like the grey lines to always be behind any black lines. As it is now we're getting results like this in the PDF:
Is there a way to set it so the gray lines would print under the black lines?
There's no way to control that as far as I'm aware. Assuming you created the pdf by "Save as pdf", have you tried printing to pdf instead? I'm not making any promises, but it's worth a shot.
Ohhhh that's kinda frustrating. Printing to PDF did what I was trying to do in that the grey lines showed up behind the black lines, but I don't think it will be a suitable solution for us because nearly all our drawings have multiple sheet sizes since we put revision history on a dedicated 8-1/2"x11". Could make it work but requires more time and effort than should be required just to get a pdf copy of a drawing...
Lines in the "print to PDF" version seem to be of lower quality that in the "save to PDF" version, but only slightly.
