Hello Solidwoks folks,


I have an issue right now and would like to find a solution to fix this issue. I was working on Solidworks 2013 last week and i uninstalled and re installed the same software today and i find that the software is running slow. I ran a troubleshoot now and it is showing a message as in the file attached below. So what should i do for this?


Suggestions are welcome. Need to solve this problem asap as we are approaching a deadline with our customer and need to use the software.
