Good Morning All
I thought I would share this little macro. I wrote it mostly for fun and learning but I sometimes use this technique so I find it quite useful.
I tried to replicate the behaviour of the standard Insert Part command, but there is the option to choose one / multiple or all configurations directly from the property manager page
I find this useful for patterns that are difficult by other means, for me this is generally something like creating the treads on an irregular curved staircase, but here's a simple silly example.
I have a part with multiple configurations created by Design Table,,, just a circle on a line whose position and diameter increase incrementally to the total length
You can then insert ALL the configs in one click!
Macro and 2016 sample attached
