How can I calculate the impact of moving lever at constant velocity motion with mass at rest with spring and damper in point of contact?

I have a lever and it is rotating at 10 deg / sec. When the lever is at -20 degree from horizontal, a mass(at rest) of 10 kg is attached on rotating lever. There is a spring of known spring constant and frictional damper of known coefficient.

 

I know a lever will flex depending on its rigidity and spring will somewhat soften the impact. But how do I calculate how the force will vary to rotate the lever at constant angular velocity and how spring will dampen the impact and max acceleration at a time.

 

Just show me the direction how I should begin.
