I'd like to create a clean surface transition between a small and larger cylinder that are tangent to each other. The fillet options currently result in a choppy/pinched geometry that I do not know how to resolve. I'm assuming surfacing will need to be involved, though I'm not sure how to tackle it. Any takers?
Joe, give this a try and see if it resolves the issue. The curvature looks good on my end with the setting changed.
Your current setting under Profile is set to "Curvature Continuous"
With the setting for Profile changed to "Circular"
The same would apply to Fillet5 ...
