I have a cad file of .icd format. how can i import it in solidworks?
Export that .icd file from Fujitsu cad software in .xmt_txt file format. Open that xmt_txt in solidworks, it will be opened as assembly file. right click the part name .sldasm-part in part tree and select OPEN PART in Position.
You ll see all the features and sketches done on the part and will be able to modify.
Hello Manindra,.. is this a "IronCad" file.. that is, a 2D Drawing?... maybe download their trial software and export it into something like DWG or DXF?
No, its not ironcad. Its a fujitsu cad sx 3d model.
