In a drawing is it possible to display both a radius and diameter on the same dimension?

I tried entering <DIM><MOD-DIAM> R<DIM> into the dimension text box but it will only recognise the first <DIM>  and display the second as text

I tried enabling dual dimensions and setting both to metric,   but on SW 2013   There is no text entry field for the second dimenion.
