Ok so i have to put dual dimensions in a drawing and i don't understand why i can't change the leading zeros as per asme standards. There is over 200 drawings and i want to make sure its correct. while it states that i am supposed to use in/mm label in a drawing that is not the standard unit in it, having leading zeros for inch dims less than zero is not supposed to used, and having leading zeros for mm units is supposed to be there for dims less than one.

So when i use dual dimensions I can either have leading zeros or no leading zeros on both dimensions.

How can i fix this?
