From what I can tell your issues are with Edge-Flange6 and Edge-Flange8. I would change the way your are modeling this and use a miter flange instead of and edge flange on top of an edge flange.
Mitre flange fell down when the client kept altering the flange depths.
You'll almost get there by checking Trim Side Bends in flanges 1 & 3, however, your boss extrude is messing up the sheet metal part and prevent another bend from flattening, albeit, without error. You should stick with sheet metal features. Also, your first few flanges could have been grouped in one feature instead or create the whole thing with a mitre flange.

The flanges are not grouped because I have had to keep altering the lengths and their sequence.
Ah, I see. You could also, if grouped, edit the individual flange profiles to control multiple flange lengths in one feature. Glad I could help.
