I use Windows 10 with two monitors for Solidworks. When 2nd monitor is not in use I wish to put it on screen saver mode. Is there any way to setup separate screen saver time to second monitor? As my 2nd monitor’s on/off switch is at the back it is not easily reachable to switch off/on.

This appears to a specific video driver app in the notifications area.
Also, in the video, there's "Windows 7" references in the instruction text, so this also may be dated if you're using Windows 10.
You may have a similar app, but it may not be configured to be shown here.
For Win10, right-click your taskbar ans select "Taskbar settings":
In settings, scroll a bit and select this:
Scroll this list to see if a vendor specific video card app is available here and if so, slide it's switch to on and it will now be displayed as shown in the youtube video
If there isn't a video card app, right-click the desktop and click personalize.
