How do I add #TD_1 data to the manufacturers part data?

I have a resistor symbol which includes the attributes #TD_2 and #TD_3, which according to information from GoEngineer, for a resistor should link to the Power and the Resistance ratings coming from the Manufacturers Part number data.

It is a specialty part which I entered manually. I want to add the rating values to the manufacturers part number so it propagates to the symbol when I assign the part number. I am unclear on how to do this. How do I get to the #TD attributes from the Manufacturer parts manager?

You should be able to enter in it the manufacturer's database directly.

Make sure that you select the correct class (in this case, Resistors) or the appropriate Manufacturer Data fields will not show up.

The #TD_1 through 6 are different for each class and each class does not use all of them.

  Sooo,
  I am pretty new to SWE... What database?
  When I want to add a new MFG part number, I go to Library, Manufacturers Parts Manager. In this case, I select "Resistors" from the Class Tab.
  Then I select "Add Manufacturers part."
  Than I get a dialog box where I can enter the Reference, Manufacturer, Description (English)
  Then I can't find anywhere that says #TD_2 (or any other TD number). I also don't see a field which says Power or Resistance.
  I have Use and Control Voltage and Frequency (which I don't care about)
  
  In the ERP data Tab, I have:
  User data 1:
  User data 2:
  My Company Name
  <User data 04>:
  etc.
  Does the User Data correlate to the #TD_number attributes?
  Is there somewhere else I need to go to enter this info?

    Lynne, if you are on 2018, you should be able to do this for any class. Pre 2018, this was a bit of a "take what they give you" scenario.

      Hi Evan (and Robert),
      When I go to the class manager and look at Properties, the "TD" definitions are there.
      
      But when I go to enter the data into my part number it doesn't show up.
      I am scrolled down all the way.
      I don't have a "Properties" tab at the bottom,
      "Customize" isn't it.
      There must be some setting somewhere else that I need to change so I can enter the data...

        That is interesting. My dialog box looks subtly different;
        I do not show the Unique Class ID and the Manufacturer data I show matches the list I provided earlier. Also, the Root is different; that should not make a difference....
        I am not sure what is happening.

    You are in the right spot: the database is the Manufacturers Parts Manager.
    It should be on the Properties tab at the bottom, right below the Control data. (maybe you need to scroll down??)
    User data is a separate set of fields that are not related to the TD_# fields.
    You won't find TD_# used anywhere in the Manager.
    I have a document that my VAR provided me with all the TD_# designators for each of the classes. Unfortunately, I cannot see how to attach a file to this reply.
