I am trying to make a model of a part per the print below. I and doing an extruded cut thru both sides from the front plane to get the 25° angled cut as shown with the red lines on the drawing. I cannot figure out how to have the cut be straight and have it end at the bottom as a circular feature as shown by the red arrow. My brain is not working today and I'm sure it is easy to do. Either that or the drawing is incorrect. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I came up with the same thing at one point using the revolved cut. My problem is that it needs to be straight on the left side. Trying to get the straight on the left side with the round on the right is what I'm having a hard time re-creating.

Sorry didn't notice your on SW2015. Make a loft surface between the straight line and the contour to follow on the underside.(see pic). Then use cut with surface.
Either the drawing dimensions are wrong, or that surface is undefined in the drawing? If you think about running a mill up that face at 25* as shown, there is no material to cut away in a radius around the arc without having a curved surface as the others created.

Seeing that the drawing looks like something out of the dark ages. My guess is its a casting and the mold makers filled in the gaps. What I modeled is shown below. You can see there is not a good transition where the 25 degree angle meets the 13 inch radius so my guess that some blending not shown in the drawing is involved. My opinion.

I only mean to point that radius due to fact that the horizontal is the tangent line for that radius, so may be something wrong with the way drawing views have been shown.
One issue at a time may not work. I don't think you're going to be able to separate them without separating your hair from your scalp.
I'd suggest building a surface that incorporates that 13" radius, the arm of the dog, the 25deg slope, and the 1-7/8R and using it to extrude up to or cut with surface.

Not sure if the math adds up? add up dim's circled in red and don't equal the yellow overall height dim. Yes, I see this is a poor dimensioned drawing, forget what I said.
Christopher, something along these lines? I won't give away all the details but some quick detective work on the third snip-it should point you in the right direction if this is the design intent. Hope it helps ...
One item to note, I was unable to replicate the vertical hidden line to the left of your red arrow (you'll notice that my line is curved due to how the geometry was created) though how it would be created otherwise escapes me at the moment.
