When opening CREO 4.0 files in SOlidWorks 2018 SP3, (and previous SW 2018 version) i find it very hard for SolidWorks to import the geometry.
It fails very easy in areas with fillets. Exporting as STEP from CREO does not give me any geometry issues.
This wasn't a problem with CREO 3.0 and SW2017.
Is anyone else havingt the same issue?
I know it is supposed to do that, but that's not the case, as you can see from the pictures below:

I have never come across such problem.
Try to contact your VAR for the better understanding of the problem, so they may report it SOLIDWORKS support. May be it can be bug in SP3.

Michael's advice is best. There is no intention to suppress features, but there does appear to be a loss in the translation. Interconnect has many advantages over earlier translation technologies, but there is still a translation from their geometry system to ours. Please submit the model(s) to your VAR, so that they can reviewed for further action.

According to Interconnect, it won't suppress any feature or change anything. It just opens the model as it in native CAD files.
Even you can attach the file for further assistance.
