1. The configuration of a host of tasks is adjusted?
2. The user / group - has all required permissions and settings?
3. And what in Log file?
Is there anything in the log? The path appears to be is c:\yavault\solidworks templates\logs
Anything ongoing or failed in Task list? Any details on those entries?

Funnily enough this seemed to work now after revisiting the problem a few weeks later. Didn't do anything to rectify the problem, seems to have sorted itself out.
I just had the same problem. The solution is to restart computer or to restart Windows Explorer in Task Manager.
