Can I Print DWG files without using AutoCAD SDK?

I basically want to print simple DWG files ~ nothing more than printing 1 document at a time, where I will save the output to system.

Now I know this is a bit tacky but I want to do it without using assembly viewers like eDrawings, because I need the SDK/API top connect to it, my company doesn't currently have a license for it ~ this is more of a testing phase to see if we'll be developing off the shelf products for internal use to see if down the line we'll be doing that.

On my end I just want to see if there's a way to print dwg files, and have some control over system commands over those documents, I don't even need to actually open the documents. So would there be a way for me to print these without needing AutoCAD SDK?
