i'm making a school project and there´s a part that i can't do it. i'm here to ask if is there any other way more easy to do this.
I guess you are in the right direction just that center of pinned straps has to be offset from that blue spherical thing
that's exactly what i did, and it doesn't work
Something like this?
It was made on SW2018SP2
Add all do you need
If you attach file it will help others to know how you did it.
Sorry I attached now....
can you pleasen show me your sketch? i can't open your file, because you have a future version
See some screenshots
Thank you for your help,
I managed to do the part, but my project as it is oval I can not do.
I have difficulties and therefore I do not know, the part if it is sphere is easier, but as it is oval I do not know how to do.
to understand what I say attached the bottom of my project, and the articulated part, it fits in that part.
How would you do this joint so that it fits into the shape I will attach on top?
Change the profile by a ellipse, don't ya.
Maybe if you have a sketch 2D, I will define it better.

Has your instructor covered the importance of fully defining your sketches?
Did you intend to attach *.sldasm file here along with your part files?
I probably over-complicated this a bit, but it may give you some ideas
I used an offset surface and then a surface thicken
Each configuration of this part offsets equivalent to the total thickness of preceeding leaves, so it all lines up nicely.
This is a technique I call a configuration pattern, it's a little tricky to get your head around but the underlying techniques are quite simple.
...had to say,.. this was a fun part.. and got me thinking/inspired.. well, for fun.. a "Roly Poly".. ! (Roly Poly Bot image attached)
Woodlouse?... have never heard that.. but yes.. it's the same (woodlice)
(rollie-woodie-bot image attached)
woodlouse singular, woodlice plural. God job pal...
