I need your help. I don't use sheet metal too much in SW so this is fairly new to me. I want to create this brace clamp but I don't know where to start.. I was thinking start with the base flange and create an indent tool for this? or maybe there's an easier way?

It seem like a stamped component, Only designt the product. If I needed to manufacure I need to design the complete dies.
What is your intent of use with the part? Do you want to produce it or is it to install on an assembly of yours?
As some said, this is stamped, not sheet metal. There are different ways of drawing it if you need it for production or if you need it for installation on assembly.
If it's for production you need all the details possible, like the drawing you provided, if it's for installation on assembly I suggest either finding a model on McMaster or modeling it quickly yourself with a few extrudes/cuts.
I'd like it to have it drawn to the detail but Its just to install in an assembly. I've done some couple of extrudes and came up with this.
That looks fine, I suggest removing the fillets on it to make the component lighter on your assembly. I doubt you need that level of detail and the whole filet thing will make more lines pop up in your drawing, making it harder to work in.

Yes, I needed help with that indent feature so I just left that out
but I am going to insert the holes

I would do as Revolve of the cylinders and sphere.
Extrude the rectangular.
Fillet and Shell. (If you don't have a Shell feature - you are doing too much work.)
Cut the square and round holes.

You are on the right path, now that you are not trying to do it as a sheet metal part.
Have you tried locating this from the manufacturer, McMaster-Carr or 3D Content Central? For a purchased component it is probably already modeled. Why reinvent the wheel flange?
I wouldn't do this in sheet metal since the outcome is a formed/stamped part, IMHO.
