Could not obtain a license for SOLIDWORKS Standard

Hi guys. I honestly have no clue if this question is in the right spot. Please let me know if there's a better place for me to post this.

 

So we received a new workstation in the office and we are trying to get SOLIDWORKS to work on it. The software is completely installed, however, when we load it up on the new workstation we receive the error "Could not obtain a license for SOLIDWORKS Standard. Cannot connect to license server. (-15, 10032, 0)". I tried to look into what the numbers mean in the error message but was left empty handed.

 

The server is running on "WKS01020" through the port 25734 so the entry for the licensing server on the new workstation is "25734@WKS01020". In theory the new workstation should be able to checkout a license from the server with no problem.

 

Anyone ever have a problem like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
