solidworks.exe /? "%1"

1. You'll need to modify the Windows registry for the different SOLIDWORKS extensions (I can't remember the key though) in order to be able to add a context menu.2. You'll need to implement a mutex in your application if multiple selection support is required.3. What do you mean by fast view? Are you trying to open a document in SOLIDWORKS? If so, how does this make different from the normal way of opening files?
Sorry! it's "Quick View"
Yes, I work in Solidworks. I need open file in this mode. Open in windows explorer.
When I work with one project, it often becomes necessary to open some past projects. There are a lot of projects. Each time to go through the opening path through Solidworks is a waste of time. I use Everything to search for files that have questions. And sometimes Solidworks changes the path of saving the project file I'm working on to the other path. It would not be if I opened a file from explorer for read only.
I see what you are trying to do... Good luck with that! This looks like a pretty interesting piece of code to write. Unfortunately, everything has a cost
Feel free to ask questions and I'm pretty sure people here will try to point you in the right direction.
This is a limitation, ask TS to attach you to SPR 1070125
"Provide Quick View within Windows Explorer"
If you want to open a drawing in 'quick view' every time in an easy and fast way, you have to use eDrawings.
To do it from Windows Explorer, follow the next steps:
From now every time you press 'open with' eDrawings will be highlighted
If you are from the quality department or you are supervising constantly the files, I recommend you to change all the SOLIDWORKS Drawings to eDrawings always using the option "always use this app to open .SLDDRW"
If anyone still interested in this feature, here is the solution: Open SOLIDWORKS assembly in quick view mode from Windows file explorer
