Part shows in the assembly and my tree is normal in the assembly and in other parts but this specific part it won't let me.

See image below. I can see the icons for all other parts but this one is just acting weird. I can't edit the part only in the assembly because it won't show in the normal part file.

I asked others if they could open the file and it looks fine to them except mine, my tree manager left/right scroll won't even show up.
