Customize your interface options exactly how you want at one location. Then use the Copy Settings Wizard under SolidWorks Tools. This will let you save all your customized keyboard shortcuts, toolbars, system options, and menus to a single file that you can take to your other locations. You should then be able to just double-click the file to launch the Copy Settings Wizard in restore mode.
Like Mahir said, the Copy Setting Wizard is the perfect tool to acomplish this. Here is the path to find it:
Start > All Programs > SolidWorks 2009 > SolidWorks 2009 Sp 2.1 > SolidWorks Tools> Copy Settings Wizard
Type "Copy Settings Wizard" in the search box on the start menu
Also you have to have SolidWorks closed to perform this. I usually update and save out a new settings file anytime I make a bunch of changes, and also just to have a back up incase I have a computer failure that requires a reinstall of any software.
