I am trying to create a coiled wire, which follows a non-circular helix path, with a non-circular (slot) profile.

The sweep path was created using an intersection curve between an extruded body and a helix surface.

When I sweep the slot profile, with no twist, it creates a twisted body.  To get it to "not twist" I have to put in a twist value to offset the twist...  confusing

How can I properly sketch the profile for the sweep so it stays untwisted?

Thanks!

Here is untwisted sweep:

Here is what it should look like (added an "offset" twist of 60 degrees):

I have attached the part.
