I tried to rotate the 3D file. Of some reason I can not move the 3D. Do you the reason behind it?

Hello Najib,.. it's most likely locked in Camera mode.. that is, when you try to rotate,.. you should have seen a popup "This camera is locked....) .... so.. one way is you can hit the Spacebar.. now, click on any ortho views.
Files are not visible if you accessing a post form inbox. So open the full post to get access to file.
