I used a board cut to round the corners of my board and all seemed fine on the 3d view. Output the gerber files and all but here is my question the "board profile" does not show the board cut outs but the original rectangular shape. So how do the board cut work as far as producing gerbers? Can so one explain how to incorporate the rounded corners into the board profile gerbers? Or do I have to completely have to create a different gerber? Thank you for taking the time to read this or more over respond.
P.S. I just realize that the cutout is being considered part of the drill gerbers, that being said how do I make it as part of the original board outline?
Do you have the boardshape on a dedicated mechanical layer? You have the possibility of creating primitives (lines/arcs) from the cutouts when doing 'Create Primitives from Boardshape'. I can recommend doing that when you add these kind of things.
