When I select a profile of a boss an try to machine it, it simulates fine but the actual machine HAAS VF3 will not run it.   I get Tool Radius Compensation errors every time.  It seems like CAM Works wants me to have zero radius tools.  It is programming the path as if it is the center of the tool.   It is using g41 and g42 but the path is all messed up.   I can see it in the post process that it is not correct but do not have a clue how to fix it.   

My tool diameter offsets all have real numbers in the machine - example a 0.500 diameter endmill has a 0.250 radius offset.

Roughing seems fine but it is not using comp.
