Hi, I Am using DELL Precision Tower 3620 Win10 with SW2014 and I have found the worst working experience with that. I am not sure either it is System or SW. Do we have any way to enhance the speed of the system with SW2014?

First, Set SolidWorks and all related .exe files to run in "Compatability Mode" to Windows 7.
As Glenn Schroeder said, SW 2014 was not intended to run in Windows 10,
You could get any number of problems if you do not run compatability mode.
You also did not list other key information:
Video Card - brand and model:
Memory quantity
are you running with all the files on that computer or from a server.
What is running slow - loading (parts, assemblies, Drawings), Saving, rebuilding parts or assemblies, toolbox, simulation ...
Individual license or Network license
I have found Solidworks to slow down when Windows has an update ready to install. Get SW working in compatibility mode as Rick mentioned and ensure Windows updates are installed and you have at least restarted your PC. Good luck.
Solidworks didn't support Windows 10 until SW2015 sp 5, so that might be a big part of your problem.
