Hello All,

I am trying to insert a picture into a sketch using the 'Sketch Picture' feature. I have the photo in both .jpg and .TIFF formats. Each time I try to open the image I get the following error:

The only thing I could think of was to install the latest service pack. I'm using SW 2018 SP 2.0

Any suggestions on what I should do to get this image to upload correctly?
