Hi,
For weeks now I have tried to fix these parts to be injection moulding ready and I just cannot get it to the final stage.
I know the hooks need re-drafting so they are not undercut. But I do not know how to go about this without widening them (as the hooks fit into small holes - so I cannot make them wider). Also the wall thickness in the lid is not constant and this can cause problems too.
I'm in desperate need of help as I need to injection mould these asap.

I have had a quick look at the tray, did the mods from a parasolid because I'm using 2017. Agree with ruben + also add some internal min fillet rads to avoid cracking and external to avoid thick sections.

You attach the new one file? Let me see...you need to fix here you have a issue on nerves and add radius too

on yellows add angle too, but on the nerves maybe you should re-size them
