Hi, I made a draw part (.sldprt) and later a drawing document (.slddrw)
After all I changed the name of the fil part and I lost everything was conected with it. When I open the drawing document it can´t find the part and I wonder if there is any way to recover it.
Thanks.
The only way I know of is to rename your part file back to the original filename which matches the drawing filename. I believe that it will re-connect.

It worked for me,

I just tried Alex Burnett's method and it worked beautifully.

Re: .sldprt and .slddrw disconnected
Alex Burnett Apr 10, 2018 11:10 AM (in response to Hugo Liano)In SolidWorks, choose File -> Open and browse to your drawing file. Before you open it, click the references button on the open file dialog. This will list the broken references to your part. If you double click on the file name then it will bring up another file browsing dialog. Browse to your document ath double click it. Click OK on the Edit Referenced File Locations dialog and then click Open on the original dialog. This should fix your drawing.

Doug Seibel Apr 10, 2018 11:24 AM (in response to Hugo Liano)Can you attach the files?
Would I be correct in assuming that you did not rename the file using Solidworks Explorer?
