I am using SW2014 SP5.
Lofted Bends in Sheet Metal are something I rarely use.
I have an existing part made up of numerous flanges and trims that I am attempting to remake with the much more streamlined lofted bend approach. However, when I attempt the loft I get the Rebuild Error: The bend radius is too large for this body.
I have blindly fiddled around with all the settings but I don't understand the source of this error. I have attached the model for your reference. Any pointers to the root cause are appreciated.
I am attempting to loft the last two sketches in the feature tree. The sketches represent the inside surface. The material to be used is 12GA (0.1046) mild steel. Bend radius is... minimum - something on the order of material thickness.
Thanks,
Daen
