You could also look through all the graphics drivers on this page: Downloads for Graphics Drivers
I did search this page, but couldn't install one of them as it said I had to contact the manufacturer.
I never got round to contacting HP, but I think it is more than likely due to the lack of a suitable driver for Dassualt Systems.
I'm curious if you ever found a suitable driver. I recently purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad E580 with Intel UHD 620. It shows that the graphics card isn't certified and performance is awful. I did update the UHD 620 display adaptor driver (now 220.127.116.1118 from March 2018), but nothing changed. I tried to install the newest driver from Intel (18.104.22.16836 from June 2018), but it's not supported by Lenovo.
Is anyone out there successfully using Intel UHD 620 with Solidworks?
No, I never did find a successful driver. I was worried it was the laptop, however it performed well in other software.
I haven't had to use Solidworks since so haven't done further research. Think Dassault systems need to produce a working driver for this graphics card as it is becoming more common.
Brief report about UHD620
I had had terrible performance with UHD620 graphics long,
but after installation of driver 22.214.171.12444 (via Lenovo, my machine is X1 yoga 3rd Gen)
I could uncheck "Use software OpenGL" option when no file opened.
Now it gets much comfortable, I can activate dynamic highlight now.
