Im having trouble of returning license in the server it say no such feature exist, can anyone help me thanks
You may want to check if the license server itself sees you as having a license checked out. On the server under the License Usage tab if SolidWorks Premium as a product is selected does it should your name and PC name as having it borrowed until 5 April?
if it doesn't then the problem is on your machine with some registry keys.
if this doesn't solve it then these is a reset application to help with this, but SW have to provide this through your reseller.
I am guessing from those license quantities you are using an Educational Version borrowed from your school/college?Adam
thanks adam this fixed my problem, and by the way yes it is an educational version (i'm the current admin of our SW EDU)
As Adam Hartles says, the license is tied to the windows user who borrowed the license, but also to te network card that borrowed the license. So if borrowed wireless, you need to return wireless. If borrowed wired, need to return wired.
