It might show up here under Options/Messages/Errors/Warnings. If it does, just check it and it should come up again
It is check marked. Problem is some times it is coming and some times not coming.

In general, if there are things different between configurations, such as you adding a new feature or changing a dimension that before was not a configured item then you should get the prompt to add it to the DT when you go to edit the table. If there are no new configured items since the last time you edited the DT then there is no need to show you that pop-up.
