Repair your installation.
What Graphics Card are you using? are you on the latest approved Drivers?
If you are on the latest drivers I would try a fresh install using the Default libraries and see if that helps
last I would get in touch with your VAR and send them the log files over to see what's going on.
Hi Frederick and sorry for the late response. Please try and delete the following folders:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\SOLIDWORKS\SOLIDWORKS Visualize 2018\
%PROGRAMDATA%\ProgramData\SOLIDWORKS\SOLIDWORKS Visualize 2018\
I had the same issue, tried to reinstall video card drivers and delete temporary files, but was solved by doing a clean instalation and downgrade the SOLIDWORKS from 2017 SP5.0 to SP4.1.
