Here is what I am trying to do...

We have assemblies of different colors and in many of those we have different part colors that are specific to each configuration of the assembly.

1. Parts have multiple configurations

2. Assemblies have multiple configurations

What I would like to do is set up a BOM that pulls the top level assembly configurations in as columns and then in those columns pulls the correct part number configurations.  The assemblies are correct as far as the part configurations that are different from assembly config to assembly config.

Very basic drawing example attached of what I am trying to accomplish.
