eDrawings is only available as 64bit since 2016. You could upgrade to 64bit Excel, or use a stand-alone development environment like Visual Studio.
Thanks for you're reply. You are correct eDrawings is only available as 64bit, however there is a 32bit eModelView DLL available, so it is possible to control eDrawings through 32bit excel using VBA.
