I'm on SolidWorks 2018 and interested in trying out VR with a HTC Vive. I'm just looking for a free application to test it with. Will the Unreal Engine suit this purpose?
Any updates on the subject?I've tried to import the new SolidWorks' XR exported .gltf and .glb files into Unity but it seems like it doesn't import it natively. The "Import these files into platforms such as Unity or Unreal to create experiences" is not that simple it seems.
I've not tried importing into Unity, but it is working for me in Unreal.
