I've come into an Admin position where no documentation was created at least for the upgrade process. I'm an IT person by trade, but never have done a server/client install quite this complex. There are so many steps and yet the documentation from SW is generic to say the least, leaves some of the little things in between steps out and doesn't explain a proper sequence to the installations. I would appreciate anyone who could share their own SW/PDM (not SW's) Admin Image upgrade documentation, so that I have some sort of "road map" to follow. Any help is greatly appreciated.
